2.what is the maiumum size of video file?

Hi.  Nice easy questions.

1. an audio file cannot be larger than the maximum available size of the note to which it is attached
2. a video file cannot be larger than the maximum available size of the note to which it is attached
3. note maximum sizes vary with different account types - https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23258452
4. depends on your use case.  No personal experience other than a brief trial,  but Evernote appears to work on more devices and have a much more supportive user network.  Best to try both out in a comparative test.
