hortop 0 Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I cannot reset a password, and am locked out of another account.I clicked on "Forgot My Password"I entered the e-mail address of the account.I received the reset password e-mail.The link returns me to the original login screen, for which I need the password. Stuck in a loop. We are trialling this with a few grades at our school. We linked notebooks for students to this teacher account, but her account cannot be opened. Link to comment
