What are the differences between the three Evernote levels?

I am currently an Evernote basic user and am trying to find out what are the major differences between the three levels of membership, Basic, Plus & Premium? Also, with the new Plus level are there any changes to the Basic (free) level?

 

For the most part I use Evernote at work for saving documents that over the years I've kept in file cabinets. My office has lot more room now since finding Evernote. The majority of the time I will email the documents I save directly into Evernote. It looks like with the addition of the Plus level I will no longer be able to use the email feature. I have no problem paying the $25.00 a year but don't like spending money that I don't have to.
