It gave me the points but when I try to apply them to an annual subscription, I get an error saying I have to turn off auto-newel in iTunes. I have already turned off auto-new in iTunes. How long does it take for Evernote to see it's turned off? Link to comment

There always seems to be a delay in communications between the Store and Evernote's payment systems - I'd suggest you submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
