Bruce14 0 Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 I recently switched (Windows) computers and installed Evernote 5.8.5 desktop client. The problem is I can't seem to figure out how to get a menu bar on top. I want to go to the tools menu to eliminate those annoying popup notifications. I'm running Windows 8.1, if that helps. Level 5* gazumped 11,711 Posted April 28, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 28, 2015 If you don't have a standard menu bar at the top of your window I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app. I don't know of any way to switch off that bar. If you reinstall and still lack the display, please supply a screenshot of what you can see... Link to comment
