holagonzalo 0 Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 My computer The Evernote application worked for a while, but for a couple of weeks it "hangs up" immediately after opening it. I've done a complete removal / uninstall, download it again, re-install, and still same problem. Right after the sign in prompt, it hangs up. Any advice? Link to comment

Best advice, submit a support request by choosing "login/account access issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
