However I am able to log in on a web browser, as well as on my iPad and Android phone. I have not run any updates on my Mac. Would appreciate some help. Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted April 17, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 17, 2015 I expect that you have already does this by now, but just in case you might try this:Sign out of EN Mac, restart your Mac, sign back in to EN MacMake sure you are are signing into EN Mac with the same account/username as you use in EN Web If you are still unable to sign in to EN Mac, please post:The exact error msg/response to your sign in The EN Mac verYou may also want to Submit an EN Support Ticket and choose "Trouble Logging In" for the support category.
