ursula 42 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 @Natty:Click on your name in the menubar, then select "Account Info" - this will show you when your Premium subscription will renew. You can click "Manage Billing" to cancel auto-renewal or set it up. I might be wrong, but I believe that auto-renewal is not automatically set up when you subscribe. If you want it to renew automatically, you can set that up on the Manage Billing Page. If it is set up to renew automatically, you can cancel renewal on that page as well. Hope this helps!
