weird clipper zooming issue

I just bought a new laptop with windows 8 os. ( i had to put the file on my flash drive from my work computer it be able to get it to work) i literally copy and paste web documents all day long so the screen clip straight into word is amazing for me. Anyways, for some reason when i printscreen it zooms in really really close making it so i cant see the bottoms of pages.. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it or at least make it semi normal?
