guest35720 0 Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 Hello, When I want to use the windows desktop version of Evernote, I get a popup screen asking for an email address and a password, but it is for new customers only. I cannot switch the "new to Evernote" button to existing customer. Therefore, when I try to log on, I am getting an error message saying that my email account is being already in use. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 9,811 Posted February 19, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted February 19, 2015 Have you reinstalled/ updated recently, or is this a brand new install? Either way I'd suggest uninstalling what you currently have and reinstalling the latest version from Evernote.com. Link to comment
