sam_and_mary 0 Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 hi folks.I read of the forum that I could easily switch from monthly to the 1 year subscription by canceling my 1 month premium and then upgrading to the 1 year premium subscription.I canceled my premium service without any problem, but whenever I try to sign up for the 1 year premium, I get an error saying that I'm already premium. However, I don't think I'm premium anymore because my pdfs are no longer searchable.Any help here would be appreciated!thank you!Sam. Link to comment

If that says you are still Premium, that may be the reason.If you're still having problems, try opening a support inquiry at the bottom of:http://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/ Link to comment
