Text that won't move up the screen

I don't know if you have the same problem as me but I often find myself with text at the bottom of an evernote document that "refuses" to move up the screen.

This means that you are condemned to work line by line as the text slowly creeps up the screen to the height you would really like to be working at.

 

Found the solution by chance this morning:

Cursor behind the last character > hit the enter key a few times > then hit the "down" arrow until you get the text where you wanted.

 

(I won't remember this solution next time it happens!
