lsilver 0 Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 I have an account and upgraded to Premium, my credit card has paid for this service and it did not upgrade. I have sent emails to the support team to see if they can fix this issue. No responses.I tried to call a number I found and nobody answer rather they request you leave a message with 10 different items including all your personal information.
