TKMY 0 Posted January 1, 2015 Share Posted January 1, 2015 I purchased a new iMac 5k and a new Evernote scanner. I followed the instructions for downloading Ever note. Signed in. Downloaded ScanSnap, updated everything. lastly I connected the scanner to power and the USB port on my iMac. The green light is on and the scanner reacts when I load and remove paper from the tray with a slight noise. All seems good. When I load a page and press the green button to scan it begins to blink and nothing scans. i have rebooted the entire system and reloaded. Still no luck.. Any ideas? Thank you! Link to comment
