Tag Nesting: some tags don't accept children

Plain simple: when I try to drag and drop Tags into others to create a hierarchy I find tags that simply don't accept children no matter what I do... any idea why?

Is it possible that the tag on top of the hierarchy, or some of it's children, are not synced yet? After sync it should be no problem to drag and drop tags onto eachother anymore.

Yep, thank you Mathiepe: you need to synch every time you create a new tag in order to make it accept a child.
