account discrepancy

On my desktop program it says I have no space left for the month (which is untrue-I've been waiting on a new month to start) but online and on my devices it says I have zero bytes uploaded so far. I am fully updated on my software and tried shutting it off and restarting it and it still shows I have no space. Any ideas how to fix this? I need to add files but only know how to do this using the desktop software (they are pdf files). On the attachment the right hand side is from the desktop software and the left is what it shows online.

 

eta: It seems to finally have reset itself. I have no idea why after 4 freakin hours of me trying everything it decides to do this 2 minutes after I post the question. Anyway it seems fine now.
