Can only see the title line of a new note

Hi,

I just installed the newest Free Evernote version on my Windows 7 pc.

Copied and pasted the contents of a webpage including a few pics in a new note.

But strange:

1.

In the note grid there is a miniature of (the start of) the contents, including a pic.

2.

But in the note itself there is only the title.

3.

Adding something there 'below' the line is possible (the number of words in the text increases), but nothing is visible.

 

What is wrong or what do I do wrong?

How to change it?

Hi.  

 

A screenshot might be helpful here - do you use Clipper or Clearly (or neither) to highlight the note?  Talking about 'below the line' doesn't really mean much if we don;t have an illustration to follow..
