Email a note

Up until recently, I could email the contents of my note by clicking share, then Gmail, then entering an address. Now the body of the email contains a link to the note at EN. Not sure what if anything I changed, but this just started in the last couple of weeks. 

 

Any ideas?

edit: just saw the update thread. I am still using 5.8
