Cards Taking Too Long to Show Content

Hello. Ever since my Mac desktop version of Evernote upgraded and indexed yesterday, it makes me wait upwards of at least 30 seconds after clicking on a card before the contents of that card are displayed in the main window. I never had this problem before. It's obviously not very user-friendly as it stands now.

Well I feel like a yutz. Rebooting did it -- I certainly thought it was something on the server side since the rest of the app was working just fine and it was only the data itself that was slow.
