(Archived) Feature Request: Allow rotate image

I can't find a way to rotate image of snapshots taken on the Droid2, then opened on my desktop.

Please enable this very useful and numerously requested feature.

From your desktop computer, right-click on the image and then Open it in your preferred image editor. From Mac, you could use Preview, or MS Paint on Windows.

From that application, you can rotate and then save the image. This will then update the image in your note.

I don't see Open option when I right-click on image. Only View Image, Copy image, Save image, Send Image, etc

How do i get Open to appear?

Are you trying this from our Mac client, or from our Windows client?

i rotated the image per your instructions (i'm on a mac), but does that mean that i have a duplicate file somewhere on my computer or

in evernote or both? - laura

If you right-click on an image (or an attachment) in our desktop clients and then edit and save that, then we replace the old image in the note with the new one. This doesn't create a second note, it edits the first one, so you shouldn't have duplicates.
