frustrated 0 Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 When I try to sync Evernote on my computer, I get the message "could not connect to Evernote service" . This has been happening for about 3 days and I think it may have something to do with Comcast (who provides my internet service). Help! Link to comment
caev 1 Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 I am getting the same message...checked with Comcast and there are no other issues with my Internet service. I can access Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. I am also unable to activate the links to notes that I have embedded in a Word document. REALLY FRUSTRATED!! When I checked the properties for the Evernote app on my desktop, it said it was set up for Windows XP...I have Windows 7 on this computer!!! Everything was fine last week!!!! Also VERY UNHAPPY that Evernote is not providing support unless we buy a Premium account!!! Link to comment
