Submarine 1 Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 An employee set up a business account using the (my) business account credit card. That employee has moved on and their email address is no longer active. There is no way for me to log in to the account and deactivate it! I have requested that support cancel the account on a previous occasion, without resolution. Please offer me some direction on how to cancel the account! Link to comment
