address book permission

When I try to addy my Evernote email address to my address book I get an error message. How do I give permission to access my contact list in my address book. When asked upon setting up I denied access.

on the mac:

system preferences>security and Privacy>Privacy>contacts

 

check the box next to Evernote. 

 

If that's already checked, then I am not sure why you are seeing this error. You can easily manually create the contact in your address book creating a new contact called "evernote" and pasting the evernote email address into the email field.
