(Archived) Annotate snapshots in Evernote Iphone

Today I took two evernote photos. One of a storefront and one of a short magazine article. Yesterday I took a few snaps from a book I'm reading and put them in shared notebook for a friend abroad to read. What I need for my photos is this:

So on the page where I choose use/retake there should be annotation capacity.
