I bought premium, but the app is not updating?

I bought Premium, received the welcome mail and receipt from app store, but neither my app on Iphone, or my internet account is showing it up.

 

I have changed password inbetween, but shorly that can not effect it?

 

Any tips on how to activate premium?

Creating a ticket is waste of time...I have the same issue and have THREE tickets submitted and TWO VM's into the billing department and ZERO response.

 

Your company's customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced in any form from any company.

If you share your ticket #s I'd be happy to further investigate.
