brookej173 1 Posted August 20, 2014 Share Posted August 20, 2014 I paid for an upgrade to a Premium account 2 days ago (Monday 18th) and its still not upgraded my account. I see the charge in iTunes and on my credit card, but my Evernote account is still a "free" account. I even submitted a ticket, but have heard no response: Ticket# 690098 - Upgraded to premium.
