Crash in v.5.5.3.4236 when opening announcements

After clicking on Anouncements, the view renders, then after ~ 2 seconds EN crashes.

 

System: WinXP SP3. EN updated from some previous 5.5 version.

 

I've sent the crash report via Windows (WER).
