Sharing an account between an assistant and a boss

Hello, I am an assistant and have an evernote account.

This account I want to share completely with my boss.

In other words: when I create a new notebook / note / tag / ... , he gets it too and vice versa.

 

Actually, it comes down to not share a notebook or so, but to share an entire evernote account.

We work both on the same account and both can change / add / delete a note, notebook, tag, search enquiry, … .

 

What do I have to do/install for realizing that?
