(Archived) mark notes as read

Is there an easy way to mark notes as read (I know i could tag them that way, but it's a drag) and preferably have them appear at the bottom of the heap, or in a different "used" notebook. thanks

I think the cleanest way to do this is by applying a tag or moving the notes into a notebook to remove them from your preferred view. The default sort order in the clients is based on the creation time of the note, and changing the creation time manually in the clients is a bit more work than just marking the note more clearly.
