Popups do not go away: ads, shortcuts sync

I can't seem to get rid of popups. "Sync shortcuts?" popup keeps appearing no matter what I do. It appears even when disabling shortcuts sync in settings: 

 

Another one is premium presentation ad ("Evernote Premium: Present your ideas")

This one too does not want to go away no matter what I do.

 

I tried removing Evernote's user data and resyncing, this did not help.

And I don't see a reports of this on the net, so, it seems, this is only my problem.

 

Does anybody have any idea how to get rid of these?

From the attached screenshot the whole premium presentation mode popup seems very odd (not how it's supposed to look alike), but first the most useful questions:
- which version of the Mac app you are running?

- which OS you are running?

 

Please update to the latest Evernote version on Mac (via Evernote.com or your App Store) and if the issue still occurs, provide the screenshots and the app log for investigation.
