Bug or Feature - Printing from Windows Viewer

I found a picture taken with my Evernote Note camera, using Samsung S4, and the picture looks good/appropriate.  Then when in my laptop, Dell XPS, I click on the pic, Windows Viewer pulls it up in its own window, then I print, but it chops off the right side of the photo.  The picture appears complete (right side is not chopped off), when it viewed EXCEPT for after going to print it (the preview also shows it chopped).  Any suggestions?

Have you tried making the picture smaller or rotating the page to/ from landscape?  Windows scales the picture to look good in your monitor but it may be too large to print on one page via the printer.
