[Desktop Client Glitch] previously made notes won't show up

So umm yeah, Topic title says everything, How to do I fix it? I am trying to access my notes on the desktop client, but they don't show up under any circumstances on the desktop client. How do I fix?

1. Mac / Windows?

Check the notes exist in the web client.

Log out,  log back in.

Uninstall,  reinstall app.

How did you create these notes originally?  On a mobile client?  Checkout these notes on the web again,  and 'share' them by email back to your Evernote email address (this basically creates a copy of the note).  You may find the new version will sync where the original does not.
