Adding Skitch while creating a ntoe

I could have sworn in an earlier version of Evernote for Windows I could choose to take a screen snap with Skitch, annotate it, and stick it in my note. All without actually leaving my note.

 

I was looking for this functionality and I couldn't find it. I had to take a screen snap, annotate the image, and save it. Then I had to go back to the note i was writing, and add the image as an attachment.

 

Am I missing something? If not this functionality would be absolutely amazing.
