sunparrot 0
Is there a way to copy & paste (drag, import, etc.) an Excel worksheet into Evernote? Thanks in advance - M Link to comment
GaryLKing 46
sunparrot, I don't know your operating system. On Windows, I simply drag the file to a target note. It is added as an attachment. This means it's not view-able within Evernote. Clicking on the icon for the attachment opens it in the appropriate program. Therefore the machine has to have that software available. This is true for a variety of file types. Regards,Gary Link to comment
al_mi 0
Hi everyone. If I drag an Excel worksheet into a Note, does it update when I make changes on the original one on OSX? I'm a Premium user working on Mavericks Macbook Air and IOS 7 iPad. Thanks. Link to comment

No - you're making a copy of the file in Evernote, separate from the one on OSX. Note though, that if you open and make changes to the file attached to your Evernote note, then do a Save, it will automatically save those changes back to the Evernote note. That's quite handy, but still to be clear, that file is independent from the original one you dragged from. Link to comment
