FEATURE REQUEST: place focus in search field when app opens

I'd like to request that when Evernote is first opened, the focus is placed in the search field. 1Password does this, and I find it indispensable. It means one can open Evernote with spotlight (cmd-space E enter) and immediately start typing what he or she is looking for. I know I can use alt-cmd-f to set the focus there, but it's an extra step and requires removing the hands from the natural position on the keyboard.

I agree this would be nice. Especially now that search is so much nicer with descriptive search.

The Windows client has a global search in Evernote hotkey that is user definable. I don't know fif the Mac client has this or not.
