Over 100mb sound recording, can't sync- I need to save- help!

I've just recorded a meeting which was 4 hrs long. The file size is 110mb and I'm now getting a 'can't sync' error message. The file is on the ipad but without the ability to bring it up to my account. I really need this file, I can't work out how to bring it out of the ipad. 

I've downloaded dropbox, no facility to move it across, even with a special app 'ever2drop'

I've tried to paste it into Google Drive - no obvious way

No idea how to do it otherwise.. I was thinking maybe I could open it in a sound editing app and edit down.

I think you hit on the solution in your last sentence.  Use a sound editor to break your file into smaller, logical files, and put each into a separate EN Note.  This would also make listening to the files easier, since you can start at a section closer to what you want to hear.
