(Archived) problems logging into Forums with Firefox

I just registered for these forums, looking for some answers about this very cool tool (just started using EN, and like it a lot, but...)

i am finding that i can't log in on the Forums with Firefox, as it seems to be generating two login forms on the same page, and no matter what i do, it seems that it only allows me to enter the username in one "form" and the password goes on the other form, and then i get the error "you must enter a password"

i'm on IE now, but my default browser is Firefox, so i'd prefer to use that.

anyone else experiencing this? i'm going to experiment with inactivating add-ons, and there may be a conflict, but i've never seen this kind of problem before.

Firefox is my primary browser on both Windows and Mac, and I haven't had a problem with this. Perhaps you could submit a screenshot.

well, now it seems to work, so nevermind!! logged in fine today on FF.
