Michael Cordell 0
Hello, I am having a bug with web clipper: When Evernote Web clipper is enabled in Chrome I often get a strange static pop sound on page load. The noise is fairly consistent and occurs on about 80% of pages. Disabling the extension causes the problem to go away. Things that do not remedy the problem: muting the system volumerestarting the browser Other info:OSX 10.9.1Evernote Web Clipper 6.0.9Chrome Version 32.0.1700.102 Has anyone else had this problem? jbignert 473
The Web Clipper will by default start in the last used action you did. (article, full page, bookmark, screenshot etc.) So what I think you experience is that it starts in screenshot for you and you hear the 'snap' sound when you start it. There is a setting in the options page (click your username > Options ) that you may want to change to have it always start in f.a.e 'Article' mode and then the sounds will not play on every use. Let me know if that helps. Link to comment
Michael Cordell 0
I tried switching to default "Article" and that does not fix the problem. The sound is not a Snap/camera click/screenshot sound, it is like a static pop if you were to jiggle a headphone plug while plugged in. Any other suggestions? Thanks! Link to comment
