Evernote booklet

I am looking for an Evernote product that allows me to publish a select set of notes as a booklet with table of contents to each note.

No product as such.  You could create a 'home' note with note links to all the pages as a form of contents,  and print it,  plus all the separate pages as individual items.  But as yet there's no way (AFAIK) to use Evernote to 'publish' in this way.
