(Archived) Add new Row on existing table

First of all do apologize if the topic has been asked before. I could not search the relevant topic before posting mine.

Anyway any idea how can i add a new row or column on existing table? All the Google search refers to an old topic of the same where

that was a option format table exists. But the recent update of the app does not have this option. Any help/advise would be helpful.
