(Archived) Fujitsu ix500 issue with multiple docs

I have a Fujitsu ix500 and use EN Business.

When Evernote app ic closed I can scan doc and it opens and syncs with no problem.

Leaving the app open, I try to scan an additional doc it says, "Failed to start up Evernote for Mac. Make sure that the selected application is installed correctly."

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check your Scansnap software version. I used to have this problem and then did the most recent firmware and software update on my Mac/iX500. It fixed the issue.
