windows 8 (Archived) Where can I download the Outlook add-in for Evernote?

I've found several threads about how to use/troubleshoot the Outlook add-in, but I could not find info on where to find and download the add-in. I downloaded the desktop client for EN thinking that may provide the add-in, but no.

IDK about the Win 8 version, but all previous EN versions included the Outlook plugin. There was not separate download. IME, when the Outlook plugin works, it's great. But it can be pretty elusive, available one day but not the next. You may need to submit a support ticket.
