How can I restore deleted information ?

Somehow information on a certain notebook/ folder got deleted. Now sure how.

 

How can I restore information ? Is a back up accessible ?

Hi - welcome to the forums,  sorry for the problem.  Check online to see whether your missing information is still stored in the web version of Evernote.  If you're a premium member you can 'role back' a note to a previous version,  but you can't undelete one:  and there are no backups available at Evernote's end,  though we do frequently mention here it's a good idea to back up your own database locally just in case of situations like this.  If there's no information online,  try raising a support ticket on the chance that the Support team can find out what happened.

Did you delete the information from the dustbin as well?
