(Archived) question about the tech blog and why to use your own server farm.

So Dave Engberg said in WhySQL that he will come back with the answer to question number two in a new posting, and for some reason I didn't find this one.

I mean I can think of plenty reasons why evernote has it's own server farm but I would love to read your reasons.

I am not sure if Dave is reading here, so maybe someone might be able to tell him. I asked this question ones someone and was totally miss understood.
