(Archived) Local Enterprise version?

I was wondering if there were plans on releasing a version of Evernote Server that can be installed in an enterprise environment (much like sharepoint). Evernote is a great tool and would be of benefit to many large organzation who are not able to use evernote in its current form (HIPAA privacy controls prevent data from being stored offsite by third parties, the ability to manage large users, etc.).

The Evernote management team has a lot of experience in delivering this sort of Enterprise packaging of software, and it requires a pretty significantly different structure of organization than we currently have. You need to build a direct sales force, have trained Sales Engineers to go on-site to install and support, etc. I wouldn't rule this out at some point in the future, but we're not really set up to do this at the present time.
