Copy the selected section (Win + A) is not capturing pictures

When I use the "Win + A" command to "copy the selected section" all information and formats are saved but not the photos. In many cases this is a good thing, but in some cases you would also want to include the pictures.

 

This is a new problem and I don't know what triggered this. Any suggestions for help and troubleshooting?

I just clipped your full post, including the picture, and everything came into Evernote just fine. Is there a specific scenario that you have where this is not working?

It never works. I don't know what triggered this change, a new Evernote and clipper version or a new add-on version or something totally different like an other add-on causing this problem.

Don't know what to tell you -- I just tested clipping from the Chrome browser, MS Word and the ThunderBird email editor, They all clipped fine, including images. Interestingly, clipping from Excel clipped as an image entirely.

When I right click on selected text and choose "clip section" then it works fine. So it's a problem with the software used to clip through Win + A. I guess it's the Evernote software in the windows tray bar that I somehow want switched.

It finally started clipping again. But I actually preffered it the way it were just clipping the text. If I wanted the pictures too, I could just clip it some other way than the usual Win+A command.
