(Archived) Toolbar

I am a Windows user, but just installed v 5.3 for Mac for a client. I can't seem to find a few key items and am sure I am missing the obvious:

1) No new note button is displayed

2) No search bar

3) No trash folder is visible

4) No settings in a note to set a reminder

 

I would assume that at least some of this would show up in the toolbar, but I don't seem to be able to find how to adjust the toolbar.

[Adjusting 276]

1&2) Both the new note button and the search field should appear on the right side of the toolbar. If you're not seeing the toolbar, try View->Show Toolbar

3) The Trash is not globally visible. Click on Notebooks to find it. You can drag it into shortcuts if you need it often.

4) There should be an alarm clock button at the top of the note editor.
