(Archived) Trouble taking a Crosshair or screen shot when logging in as a different user on a Mac

I am using Skitch 2.6 on a Mac. All was working fine when taking and syncing to evernote. I added a new user on the same Mac. They created a new account for their use,  and when they try to take a crosshair shot, the app fails to respond. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Again, it works on the admin account (mine), but fails on the new user (standard) account.

What are we doing wrong.
