(Archived) can't open docx

Hi,

 

I have installed OfficeSuitePro (not Trial) and Textmaker.

To open .xlsx and .pptx attachements from Evernote is no problem.

Also I can open an .doc Attachement.

 

But when I try to open an .docx attachement then the message that there is no app found to open the attachement occurs.

To open an .docx Document directly from the android file browser  is no problem.

 

Can you help me?

Hi - I remember seeing someone else in the Forums having the same problem,  but I can't find the post now to point you to it.  Suggest you raise it with Evernote Support (see below) and the OfficeSuite guys too.  I'm running the trial which seems to work fine - unless Evernote updates since then have 'improved' things..  If you're the one generating the files however there's an obvious workaround - save to DOC rather than DOCX for a while..
