TCG1 5 Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 I am very frustrated - now 3 days of problems - I am unable to email notes..The messge I get is:"Evernote is unable to email notes at this time.Error: Sync failed due to unexpected behaviour on the client sideWould you like to schedule this not to be emailed the next time you syncrhonise? YES / NO"The system does syncrhonise, that is my notes are accurately updated on windows, ipad and iphone, but the email function does not work - I have tried YES and NO.I have also tried to upgrade to "Premium", imagining that perhaps I have used up my "free" email limit, but for some reason this does not work either ...PLEASE HELP! spg SCOTT 736 Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Hi TCG1, It sounds as though the Windows client is failing to sync for whatever reason which is preventing you being about to email the note. Could you post the last 20 or so lines from the activity log? Help -> Activity Log. Hopefully this should shed some light on why it is not syncing. Scott Link to comment

spg SCOTT 736 Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 This line is the indication of what is causing the failure: 13:13:35 [2452] 0% EDAMUserException: errorCode=LIMIT_REACHED parameter="NoteEmailParameters.toAddresses" So, this is suggesting that you are sending the note to a lot of people, and it has reached the limit of sending addresses. The thing is though it appears as though there is only one email address entered (This is the case, correct?), so I don't understand why this would cause the error. I think your best bet here would be to start a support ticket. They should be able to direct you to the best course of action to solve this problem. http://evernote.com/contact/support/ Include the same info as you have posted here, indicating the sync error and the log. Also include what version of Evernote you are using, which can be found via Help -> About. Ensure that you get a ticket number after submitting. This is a confirmation that the support request went through. If you could also post the ticket number here, when you get it, any passing EN staff can follow up on the request if necessary.
